Shipping policy

We offer free ground shipping on all US orders over $50. All other shipping rates are automatically calculated at check-out. 

We aim to process all orders within 24 hours!

We ship worldwide!  

We ship within the USA via USPS.  Once your order is processed, you should receive it within 1-3 business days.

For international orders, we offer calculated shipping rates through USPS International, not including duties. Please see individual product checkout for shipping cost calculator and estimated leadtimes.

Returns, exchanges and refunds

We accept returns of unused goods within 14 days of receipt of your order. We offer free return shipping in the US.  If you would like to return or exchange your purchase, please email us at or use the form below. Refunds will be processed upon receipt of return. Please note we do not take responsibility for any items lost in return shipping.

Returns outside of the 14 day window will be issued store credit.

After e-mailing us within the return window, we will e-mail you a pre-paid return shipping label upon confirmation of your return.  Simply package the return, apply the label to the outside of the package, and drop the return with your local USPS office.

If your order does not qualify for free returns, you may return your package the method that suits you best.  Please note we do not take responsibility for any items lost in return shipping.

Damaged or defective items

If your goods are damaged or defective, we will gladly exchange them. Simply email us at to let us know what the issue is, and we’ll do what we can to get your goods replaced. Manufacturing defects are assessed on a case by case basis. Faults presented within the first year of use will be considered and addressed. Our product guarantee is valid for one year after purchase date.
