SHIPPING

We offer free no-rush, carbon neutral shipping on orders over $100 within the continental US! 

Standard shipping: $5.00 flat rate for orders under $100.00

Priority Shipping rates are calculated at check-out.

Express Shipping via UPS + FedEx are calculated at check-out. Note express orders placed by 2:30 PM ET ship same day. We DO NOT offer weekend delivery on Express orders (overnight orders placed on Fridays before the cut off time will deliver on Monday).

We aim to process all in-stock orders within 2 business days. Please allow 24-48 business hours for your order to be processed.

Please note we do not ship any orders on weekends or holidays. 

If you have not received your order within 10 business days, please email us @ hello@hyergoods.com, so we can check on your order and any delivery issues. 

PRE-ORDERS

We provide estimates on when Pre-Orders will ship and do everything in our power to meet the expected delivery windows. 

If you order multiple items and one is on Pre-Order, by default we hold all items to ship 1 complete shipment in order to reduce emissions. However if you need the item that is in stock sooner, just shoot us an email at hello@hyergoods.com and we will process the item separately.

 

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

Where do you ship to?


We ship globally! As of early November, we are transitioning to International Shipping through a service called Passport Shipping which delivers DDP to over 200 countries! If your country is not included in this list, don't worry, we can still ship to you DDU, but you'll be responsible for duties and taxes upon delivery of our goods.

What is the service you use?


Passport Shipping is a modern shipping carrier that helps direct-to-consumer brands ship their products internationally. They will be your main go-to for all questions once our products leave the warehouse. Please message them at help@passportshipping.com for any questions regarding your order.


What does it cost?
There is a shipping cost and a duties and taxes cost.

For shipping, we offer simple, flat rate shipping for all International Orders. Our shipping rates are as follows:

 

CANADA
$10 for order values $110 and under
$25 for orders $110.01+
REST OF WORLD
$15 for order values $110 and under
$35 for orders $110.01+


To create the best delivery experience for you, we ship international orders Delivered Duty Paid (DDP) to over 200 countries. By shipping DDP, duties and taxes are collected directly at checkout so that your package is not stopped and held at the border. Please note that duties and taxes assessed by customs vary by country and product. We default to each country's laws when it comes to covering duties and taxes upfront or upon receipt.

If your country is not in our list of eligible countries, we will ship DDU to you and all duties and taxes will be collected by your local government upon arrival. If duties and taxes are refused, your package will be returned to us and you will be eligible for a refund on the product cost only (not shipping cost) once the product arrives back at our facility (note this can take a while).


When can I expect my package?

Shipping rates and delivery times vary depending on the destination. Estimated shipping is 8-14 business days once your order has been fulfilled. Once your order has been fulfilled, the estimated delivery date will be shown on your
tracking page.  If your package is lost or you have any issues with your package help@passportshipping.com is your best contact for all questions.


I need help with my tracking!
There are three places to find your tracking number:


Confirmation email
We will notify you 1-3 days after your order that your package is shipping. That email will have your unique tracking number

Junk or spam email
If you didn’t get an email, please check your junk/spam folder just in case it’s there.

My package seems to have stopped moving.

If your package stops moving at any point, do not fret! It is still on its way to you and is likely just clearing customs. Occasionally, there may be delays due to customs or weather events. If this happens, your tracking page will be updated with the latest shipping status.
