If you are not entirely satisfied with your order, we are here to help!

HOW TO INITIATE A RETURN/ EXCHANGE

We offer 100% money back + free returns within 14 days from the date your order is delivered on all full priced items or items purchased with our Welcome Discount (first time customers).

To initiate a return, e-mail us at hello@hyergoods.com with the reason for the return and which item(s) are being returned from your order.

All items must be returned ...

  • Unused and in the same condition as received. Items received in used condition will not be accepted. The customer will be notified and will be responsible for claiming their goods.

  • Complete with their stuffing (where applicable) and dust bag, and in the original or similar packaging

  • With the packing slip

    • For returns: a note stating why the item is being returned

    • For exchanges: a note with the new item preferred

Please mail your return ASAP, but no later than 7 days after receiving the return label.

ITEMS PURCHASED WITH A DISCOUNT CODE OR ON SALE

Any items purchased on sale, including with a discount code, may be accepted for exchange or store credit ONLY. We do not provide free return shipping on sale items or items purchased with a discount code.

If your order does not qualify for free returns, you may return your package the method that suits you best. Please note we do not take responsibility for any items lost in return shipping.

Any item which is discounted 30% or more is considered final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.

GIFT CARDS

Gift cards are non-returnable and non-refundable. (include, if applicable)

REFUNDS

Once your return is received and inspected, we will initiate a refund to your method of payment unless there is an issue with the return. In this case, we will notify you through email. Please note, the refund may take up to 15 business days to process/post on your statement and is dependent upon your card issuer's policies.

LATE OR MISSING REFUNDS

If you do not see the credit posted on your statement, please double check and see if the refund is pending. Then contact your credit card company/bank, it may take several business days before your refund is officially posted. If you have done these steps and you still have not received the refund, please contact us at hello@hyergoods.com

EXCHANGES

Processing an exchange can take up to 14 business days once we receive the return. A new order will be created provided the item is in stock* and tracking information will be emailed to you once the new order is shipped.

*If the item is sold out, we will email you.

DAMAGED OR DEFECTIVE ITEMS

If your goods are damaged or defective or if you receive the incorrect item, we will gladly exchange them. Simply email us at hello@hyergoods.com to let us know what the issue is and a photo, where applicable, and we’ll do what we can to get your goods replaced.

Our product guarantee is valid for one year after purchase date.
