Returns + Exchanges

NOT SATISFIED WITH YOUR ORDER? WE'RE HERE TO HELP!

We offer 100% money back and free returns or exchanges for domestic orders for full priced items within 14 days from the date your order is delivered. First-time customers may return items ordered at a discount, except final sale items (discounted 30% or more). All items must be returned:

  • Unused and in the same condition as received. Items received in used condition will not be accepted. The customer will be notified and will be responsible for claiming their goods.
  • Complete with their stuffing (where applicable), tags and original dust bag
  • To qualify for a refund, you must meet the above requirements. Items received used, damaged or without their proper packaging will not be accepted, and customers will be responsible to picking up their products.

HOLIDAY RETURN POLICY: Orders placed November 7- December 25 enjoy extended holiday returns until January 7.

DOMESTIC ORDERS: Visit our RETURNS PORTAL to initiate a return/ exchange.

INTERNATIONAL ORDERS: International orders are eligible for a full refund, excluding shipping, customs and duties charges. If you would like to return your item, please note that you will be responsible for the return shipment and associated shipping costs. To initiate a return, visit our RETURNS PORTAL.

Exchanges can be made via our Returns Portal for products of the same value. If you'd like to exchange for a product of lesser or greater value, please place a separate order for the new item.

Any items purchased on sale, including with a discount code, may be accepted for exchange or store credit ONLY, unless you are a first-time customer. 

Any item which is discounted 30% or more is considered final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.

We honor the return policies of all of our partners. To initiate a return or exchange for orders placed on any of our partner sites, simply follow the instructions above to visit our self service returns portal and retrieve your label.

To access the portal you will need your 4-digit HYER GOODS order number, which can be found on your packing slip.

Carbon offsets are used to negate the negative environmental impact of shipping our products to your doorstep. All carbon offset purchases are final sale.

So sorry for the mix up! We're here to make it right. Visit our Returns Portal and let us know! Simply select "I received the wrong item" and "exchange" the item for the correct item. We'll provide you with a free return label and as soon as your return is in transit, we'll get the correct item out to you.

If your goods are damaged or defective, we will gladly exchange them. Simply visit the Returns Portal and select "Item was damaged," upload a photo and then "exchange" for the same item. You'll receive a free return label, and as soon as that damaged item is in transit we'll get a new item out to you.

Please allow 48 hours for your return to be received and inspected once it is delivered, and an additional 48 hours for your refund to be processed. We will initiate a refund to your original method of payment unless there is an issue with the return. In this case, we will notify you through email. Please note, the refund may take up to 15 business days to process/post on your statement and is dependent upon your card issuer's policies.

If you do not see the credit posted on your statement, please double check and see if the refund is pending. Then contact your credit card company/bank, it may take several business days before your refund is officially posted. If you have done these steps and you still have not received the refund, please contact us at hello@hyergoods.com. If you placed your order on a marketplace, please reach out to them directly to inquire about your refund status.
