SHIPPING

We offer free ground shipping on all US orders over $50. All other shipping rates are automatically calculated at check-out. 

We ship within the USA via USPS. We aim to process all orders within 2 business days. Once your order is processed, you should receive it within 1-3 business days. Due to COVID-19, please allow extra time for transit.

For international orders, we offer calculated shipping rates through USPS International, not including duties. Please see individual product checkout for shipping cost calculator.

We aim to process all orders within 24 hours!

RETURNS

We accept returns of unused goods within 14 days of receipt of your order. We offer free return shipping.  If you would like to return or exchange your purchase, please email us at hello@hyergoods.com or use the form below. Refunds will be processed upon receipt of return. Please note we do not take responsibility for any items lost in return shipping.

Returns outside of the 14 day window will be issued store credit.

DAMAGED OR DEFECTIVE ITEMS

If your goods are damaged or defective, we will gladly exchange them. Simply email us at hello@hyergoods.com to let us know what the issue is, and we’ll do what we can to get your goods replaced. Manufacturing defects are assessed on a case by case basis. Faults presented within the first year of use will be considered and addressed. Our product guarantee is valid for one year after purchase date.
