Free standard shipping on US orders over $75.

• Standard: $5 flat rate for orders under $75.
• Priority & Express: calculated at checkout.

Express orders placed by 12pm ET ship the same day. Friday Express orders deliver Monday — we don't ship on weekends or holidays.

Orders are processed within 1–2 business days. If your order hasn't arrived within 10 business days of shipping, email hello@hyergoods.com and we'll track it down.

We ship worldwide. International shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on destination and order weight.

Free shipping within the EU

Select styles ship from our warehouse in Italy, so they arrive free within the EU. Look for "Free US + EU Shipping" on the product page, or shop styles currently available with free shipping to the EU.

Duties & taxes

For 37 major markets — including Canada, the UK, the EU, Australia, Japan, Singapore, South Korea, and more — duties and taxes are included in your shipping rate at checkout. No surprise fees at delivery; you'll see "duties and taxes included" beneath your order total.

For destinations outside these markets, packages ship DAP (Delivered At Place), meaning duties and taxes are collected by your local customs authority on arrival. If duties are refused, the package returns to us and you'll be refunded the product cost (not shipping) once it arrives back at our facility.

Delivery

Estimated delivery is 8–14 business days from fulfillment. Tracking and an estimated delivery date are emailed once your order ships. If your package appears stuck in transit, it's usually clearing customs — this is normal and typically resolves within a few days.

We provide estimated ship windows for pre-order items and do our best to meet them. If your order includes both in-stock and pre-order items, we hold the full order to ship together. Need your in-stock items sooner? Email us and we'll split the shipment.

A tracking number is emailed within 1–3 days of your order — check your spam folder if you don't see it. For any shipping or tracking issues, email hello@hyergoods.com.

Free returns and exchanges on eligible US orders within 30 days of fulfillment — US return shipping is free, and international customers cover return shipping. Items discounted 30% or greater are final sale.
