Suede

We love suede for its luscious texture and unmatched softness. With a little care, it only gets better with wear.

A NOTE ABOUT COLOR

Color transfer can naturally occur with suede, particularly with deeper colors. We recommend avoiding prolonged contact with very light-colored clothing and materials.

KEEP IT DRY

Suede is more absorbent than smooth leather, so try to keep it away from water, oils, hand sanitizer, sunscreen and perfume. If it does get wet, gently blot away excess moisture with a clean, dry cloth and allow it to dry naturally away from direct heat.

GIVE IT A BRUSH

A soft suede brush can help lift small marks and debris from the nap and refresh the surface. Brush gently and avoid overworking one area. For more stubborn marks, a suede eraser can also help.

PROTECT IT

If you'd like to use a weather-protective spray, always test it on a small, inconspicuous area first. Different suedes can respond differently to treatments.

STORE IT WELL

When you're not carrying your bag, lightly stuff it to help maintain its shape and keep it inside its dust bag in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight.
