Refund policy

 

We offer 100% money back and free returns or exchanges for domestic orders for full priced items within 30 days from the date your order is fulfilled. First-time customers may return items ordered at a discount, except final sale items*. All items must be returned:

• Unused and in the same condition as received. Items received in used condition will not be accepted. The customer will be notified and will be responsible for claiming their goods.
• Complete with their stuffing (where applicable), tags and original dust bag
• To qualify for a refund, you must meet the above requirements. Items received used, damaged or without their proper packaging will not be accepted, and customers will be responsible to picking up their products.

*In addition to items discounted 30% or greater, the following items are final sale: hand-painted items, vintage items, carbon offsets, shipping insurance.
