Our goal at HYER GOODS is to minimize waste at every part of a product's life. We start by designing versatile, timeless pieces, and we craft them all from trash. We know that moods change and eventually you may be ready to move on from one of our products, but we want to do everything we can to keep that item in circulation (and reward you for keeping it in good condition!).
HOW IT WORKS
When a HYER GOODS purchase is no longer bringing you joy, you can give someone else a chance to love it as much as you did -- and give yourself a chance to buy something new (or new to you!). Here's how:
LOG IN
Use your e-mail to create an account.
LIST YOUR ITEM
Pick the item in your purchase history, or add it if you got it somewhere else (for example, as a gift). Describe its condition, upload photos, and create a listing for us to review.
GET STORE CREDIT
When your goods have been sold and delivered to a buyer, we'll give you 100% of the sale value as store credit.
When your item sells, we'll send you a shipping label and pay you out with store credit. The buyer must verify its condition, so make sure to list any flaws that happened while in your care. And that's it!
