I WANT TO BUY...

WHAT CAN I FIND IN THE HYER UP COLLECTION? 

You'll find actual Hyer Up customers reselling their pre-loved items. Items shown are sold by an Hyer Up customer and they'll ship it directly to you. You may discover hard to find pieces we no longer carry or sampled items as well - it’s always worth a look.


HOW DO I PAY FOR A HYER UP ITEM?

You will pay in the same way as with a new item: our secure checkout. Simply "Add to Cart" and proceed through the checkout as usual.


HOW LONG DOES SHIPPING TAKE?

Our sellers will fulfill your order in less than 3 business days. The item will ship with a tracking number, and should typically arrive no more than 4 days after it is shipped.


CAN I RETURN MY HYER UP PURCHASE? 

All Pre-Owned purchases are final unless the item is not in the condition described by the seller. If that situation occurs, you can open a dispute process; if we confirm the dispute, we will offer a refund and ask you to return the item.

HOW DO I SELL MY PRE-LOVED ITEM? 

Log into your Hyer Up account (create an account if you don’t have one) and click "Sell a Pre-Owned Product". Pick the item you want to sell and follow the prompts.

Remember to provide complete and accurate information about the item’s condition, since you will only get store credit when the buyer confirms its condition.

Hyer Up reviews all pre-worn submissions, and has the right to approve or deny listings.

Once approved, we encourage you to share your listing! The more you share, the more quickly an item will sell.


WHAT CAN I SELL?

You can sell any product you previously purchased with us. Once approved, we will place it on the Pre-Worn Collection for any customer to purchase.


WHAT PRICE CAN I SELL IT AT?

You are welcome to name your price, but we will recommend a price based on the item’s age and condition. We will then add a fixed amount to the listing price to cover shipping charges.


HOW IS SHIPPING HANDLED?

As soon as a customer purchases your item, you will be sent a prepaid trackable shipping label, and must send the item within 3 business days. You do not have to pay extra for shipping.


Please carefully & neatly pack your item, and drop it off with the shipping label at the nearest post office. You can also hand it to your mail-person.


HOW AND WHEN DO I GET PAID?

You will receive 100% in Hyer Up store credit when the buyer confirms it arrived in the condition described on your listing.
