Patent leather is created by applying a coating, which gives it the gorgeous glossy appearance. It also makes it easy to clean!
Simply apply a dry cloth to polish the surface of the leather. Avoid exposure to heat, which can damage the look of the coating.
For a long product life, we recommend avoiding contact with rough and/or abrasive surfaces.
Over time, as a result of normal wear, this coating may develop wrinkles and lines which are part of the beauty of this unique material.
Lighter color patent leather may absorb foreign dyes. We recommend to avoid contact with darker items of clothing, like denim. In the case of crocking or other hard-to-clean marks, we don't recommend to use any solvents. Where necessary, a leather care professional can provide the best care.

As with all our bags, we recommend storing your product stuffed with paper and in its original dust bag.
